Plan the unit base around your crew

Makeup, catering and working space
A makeup vehicle supports cast preparation, while office space gives producers and coordinators a place to work. A camera vehicle can support equipment storage and preparation. Food-truck hire and catering need separate discussion: a database entry described as a food truck without service does not include a catering operation. State meal numbers, service times, dietary requirements and staffing needs in the brief. This allows the estimate to distinguish the vehicle from the people and supplies required to run it.
Check the route before confirming vehicles
Send location addresses or a route map, dates, call times and planned company moves. Vehicle access, turning space, parking, water and power connections should be checked early. Can I request only a makeup vehicle?
Yes. Request the individual entry with dates, location, required ready time and makeup-department needs. Availability, configuration and delivery terms are confirmed separately before the order is agreed.
Does a food truck include catering?
Not automatically. The database includes a food truck without service. Catering, menu, meal numbers and staff need their own agreement so that vehicle hire is not mistaken for an inclusive meal service.
Can the caravan travel outside Tashkent?
Send the route and dates. We will check vehicle availability, site access, base arrangements and transfer costs. A particular journey is confirmed during the quotation process.
How should we choose a generator?
Prepare a list of simultaneous power consumers. The technical team confirms capacity, connections, positioning and servicing. The price of a generator alone is not the cost of the entire power plan.
What preparation time should we allow?
